our quick requests are divided into a few different sections, beginning with our plot-specific requests: real world requests, harry potter requests, book, television, and movie-based requests, sci-fi, fantasy, and au requests, crossover requests, other plot requests, and verses requests. we also have pairing requests, crackship lists, and thread requests, for when you want to do a specific pairing or thread but don't want a giant plot. for those seeking a bit more spice to their threading, we have a make your own adventure request section, where you simply go in blind!

use this to keep your shit organized! here, you can find group plotting, where you can sort out everything. there's also plot tracking, which is kind of an archive for plots; you can keep a plot synopsis, optional bios, and links to threads. finally there are character trackers, so you can keep a headcount of how many of these lovely little blighters you've made on the site and unspecified plotting for anything we haven't covered! we also have some optional templates for you if you'd like to use them or get an idea of what might be included in a tracker!

the character junkyard is basically what it sounds like. a place where you can dump all of your character's information. we've got optional character development; and character-specific miscellanea, where you can post up a character's twitter, photo album, etc.

our communications forum is a little different from others. you've got your typical instant messaging, skype, and cell phone forums, but as cosl also is host to harry potter and other fandoms, we've added a notes and letters forum, where characters not from the rl-verse can communicate!

so, the open thread challenge! ... kind of something a little different than what we've had on cosl so far. basically, the point of the open thread challenge is ... to make open threads! obviously. be sure to read this thread to get a full feel of what the open thread challenge is about and then ... well, get to plotting!

errybody loves these. werd. now, since we don't have ~character accounts, we're gonna have to get a bit creative with these, but i think cosl is up to the challenge! what say?!
