welcome to cosl, a free for all, multiple verses roleplay. register with a username (in all capital letters) that has your alias in it, and make sure you read all the topics in the important forum before continuing. if you need help, contact a staff member and we'll be sure to help you!
you all know what this forum's for. xD READING THE IMPORTANT SHIT OMG!!!!! like, um, the rules, and the about cosl post, which is basically the same thing as the rules only in more rambly terms. there's also a newbie guide which is just what it sounds like. but yeah. check this forum out plz, is verrah important.
if you've got any questions, concerns, criticisms, compliments, whatevaaa, just come and drop them in hurr plz! and we'll get right on answering. <3 this is also for mod type shit, so you can find the mod actions and graveyarding threads here. please post in the mod actions if you want a name change, do not pm an admin last but not least is the ask the admins thread where you can hit us up if you need anything!
use this to keep your shit organized! here, you can find group plotting, where you can sort out everything. there's also plot tracking, which is kind of an archive for plots; you can keep a plot synopsis, optional bios, and links to threads. finally there are character trackers, so you can keep a headcount of how many of these lovely little blighters you've made on the site and unspecified plotting for anything we haven't covered! we also have some optional templates for you if you'd like to use them or get an idea of what might be included in a tracker!
our communications forum is a little different from others. you've got your typical instant messaging, skype, and cell phone forums, but as cosl also is host to harry potter and other fandoms, we've added a notes and letters forum, where characters not from the rl-verse can communicate!
so, the open thread challenge! ... kind of something a little different than what we've had on cosl so far. basically, the point of the open thread challenge is ... to make open threads! obviously. be sure to read this thread to get a full feel of what the open thread challenge is about and then ... well, get to plotting!
